An audit engagement provides, with the highest level of assurance, an opinion that the client’s financial statements fairly represent their financial position in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. We employ the latest audit methodologies and technologies to help our clients manage risk, maintain compliance, and improve overall business performance. At the completion of an audit, we offer a management letter with our recommendations for ways the client can improve internal accounting controls, operations efficiency, and financial reporting.
A review differs significantly from an audit of financial statements, in which the auditor obtains a high level of assurance that the financial statements are free of material misstatement. The objective of a review is to obtain limited assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to the financial statements in order for the financial statements to be in conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework. We provide a review service to clients when their investors and creditors do not require an audit report.
