Services >> Assurance Overview Our assurance services include auditing and review engagements and we offer these services to start-up through large size companies. In servicing our client’s growing business needs, we have been both the principal and secondary auditor on multinational audits with multiple subsidiaries reporting from numerous countries. With our extensive experience and in depth knowledge of accounting standards, we conduct our engagements effectively and efficiently in order to complete tasks in a timely manner. Audit An audit engagement provides for the highest level of assurance and an opinion that client’s financial statements fairly represent client’s financial position in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. As part of the audit engagement, we analyze and gain a complete understanding of a company’s business and the environment in which it operates. At the completion of an audit, we offer a management letter that discusses our recommendations as to ways the client can improve internal accounting controls, operations efficiency, financial reporting, and company staff training. Review A review provides limited assurance that no material modifications need to be made to your company’s financial statements in conformity with general accepted accounting principles. |
